Job Summary
Warehouse Manager overseeing outside yard operations and a team of warehouse employees and delivery drivers in Summerville, SC. Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, managing workflow, unloading/loading materials, assisting customers and handling complaints, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, supporting store and lumber yard operations, enforcing safety policies, training new hires and ongoing staff development, monitoring performance, communicating with staff, participating in manager meetings and financial reviews, and upholding Nation’s Best values with a focus on service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent / 1+ years of Lumber yard Management
- Computer proficiency
- Work outdoors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with willingness to provide superior customer service
