Warehouse Manager- Palmetto Home Center

Oversees outdoor yard operations and ensures accuracy on all deliveries by effectively managing a team of warehouse employees and delivery drivers. Coordinates tasks and assignments daily, monitors overall workflow, assists with unloading/loading materials, helps customers with questions and complaints, maintains inventory with proper labeling and stock organization, supports Store Manager to run the lumber yard to company standards, ensures safety compliance, participates in store maintenance, conducts training for new hires and ongoing staff development, monitors staff performance, communicates with team, participates in manager meetings and training, and aims to deliver exceptional customer service and material delivery outcomes. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in lumber yard management, computer proficiency, and ability to lift 50-75lbs and work outdoors.
