Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Manage warehouse operations and processes for inbound and outbound activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Lead the launch of the new Reno, Nevada branch by strategically overseeing staffing, optimizing productivity, and implementing improved work processes to reduce operating costs. Coordinate projects across departments and branches, resolve customer issues, and analyze reports to meet sales budgets and KPI metrics. Train and develop team leads and associates, conduct performance reviews, and address personnel incidents. Evaluate inventory accuracy, maintain building equipment, and collaborate with sales and credit departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory/management responsibilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a warehouse
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills include expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 7-10+ years' experience in distribution management
- Experience supervising 20+ employees in a distribution/warehouse environment
- 2 years industry related supervisory experience
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years minimum tenure with PACE Supply Corp
