Job Summary
Manage all required daily and weekly inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels for supplying markets and restaurants. Review consumption reports to align parts with sales and forecasted future needs. Ensure daily production for markets is completed by the Back of House team and properly logged. Implement protocols for stock rotation to ensure quality and reduce waste, while pulling expired products and logging waste transfers. Manage Warehouse and Porter teams to ensure orders are picked correctly, delivered on time, and all transfers are logged. Execute product deliveries according to QA standards for time, temperature, and sanitization. Requires varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of management experience in restaurants or retail
- Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions

- Degree in hospitality or culinary field
