Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and timely delivery; enforce compliance with ESD protection standards, material traceability, ISO9001, ISO14001, and EHS requirements; plan and manage inbound, outbound, and storage activities; optimize internal logistics from receiving to production staging and finished goods dispatch; lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement preventive actions; drive warehouse space optimization, layout improvements, and material flow efficiency; collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and optimize headcount costs; manage external warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and process efficiency; promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement; support automation and digital transformation initiatives such as barcode scanning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–8 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role within the semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, with proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience in warehouse layout optimization and process improvement
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to drive safety awareness, 5S culture, and continuous improvement initiative
