Job Summary
Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing perishable-product warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Key duties include analyzing shipping and warehouse challenges, maintaining accurate records and inventory through spot checks and scheduled physical inventories, leading and developing the warehouse team, coordinating with other departments, overseeing equipment maintenance, enforcing safety and quality policies, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvements to minimize downtime and optimize workflow across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping operations
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
