Job Summary
Lead and manage the warehouse and shipping teams, providing regular coaching, counseling, and communication to associates. Supervise daily activities of receiving, handling, and warehousing while maintaining a clean, safe environment compliant with OSHA and company safety guidelines. Coordinate staffing levels based on projected volume and manage finished goods warehousing to ensure on-time delivery. Establish operational goals, define projects, and analyze process data to develop continuous improvement plans. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to remove barriers and execute departmental strategies within Dot-It's fulfillment operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in our applicable field
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in warehousing, shipping, planning, scheduling, and inventory control
- Working Knowledge of GMP and HACCP program requirements including the application of principals, concepts, practices, and standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills focusing on Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action
- Must be Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational management skills
- Comfortable with leading change
- Excellent interpersonal skills with employees at all levels
- Experience interacting with senior leaders and across business areas
- Excellent written, verbal and communications skills
- Ability to work alone and in teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) basic skills
