Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of FMCG products including rice, cooking oil, beverages, and toiletries. Lead and manage warehouse staff, optimize space utilization, and maintain inventory accuracy through rigorous stock management and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while developing warehouse layouts and coordinating with procurement and logistics departments. Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Manage equipment maintenance and support smooth operations across the trading and distribution team.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of warehouse experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume operations and manage teams effectively
- Willingness to relocate or work overseas
