Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of warehouse supervisors, leads, and staff while overseeing receiving, storage, kitting, staging, and shipping operations. Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP transaction integrity to maintain material traceability and support ISO 13485 audit readiness. Drive continuous improvement through Lean and 5S initiatives and partner cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering. This role supports the mission of delivering automated manufacturing solutions for life-changing medical devices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Progressive warehouse or materials management experience
- Several years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Strong Excel skills
- A hands-on leader who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry is a plus
