Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations including loading and unloading trucks, stocking products, pulling orders, and operating powered industrial equipment. Supervise employees to ensure productivity, monitor timecards, and administer performance reviews while maintaining a clean, organized facility. Use scanners to place parts in proper bins, secure products for transport, and report safety issues or employee absences immediately to management. Ensure quality control through thorough monitoring of work and adherence to allotted hours. Secure the building at close of business and communicate daily summaries as directed.
