Job Summary
Warehouse Manager leading daily operations at West Chicago, IL facility. Oversees inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, staffing, and safety compliance; supervises and mentors warehouse associates; ensures productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs; coordinates with transportation/dispatch teams; optimizes layout and space utilization; conducts audits and cycle counts; uses WMS and tools to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a logistics, distribution, or transportation environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities
- Experience in final mile or high-value product handling preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet in a warehouse setting as needed
