Job Summary
Warehouse Manager role in Livermore, CA responsible for directing day-to-day warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing incoming/outgoing shipments (including RMAs), training staff, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. The position requires leading warehouse clerks and temporary staff, coordinating with Project Managers and other departments, conducting monthly physical counts and reconciliations, optimizing layout and storage, and ensuring timely processing of shipping requests. Key skills include leadership and mentoring, forklift operation, RF scanning, D365/ConnectWise proficiency, knowledge of shipping regulations, inventory control, space planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in coordinating with Inventory Control and Purchasing teams and ability to train others are preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years relevant warehouse, operations, and inventory management experience
- 2 years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience is preferred
- Forklift certification and operation experience
- Proficient in D365 (Finance and Operation) and ConnectWise with the ability to train others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of US Postal, UPS, and FedEx regulations and processes
- Inventory Control software experience
- Space planning/forecasting experience
