Job Summary
Warehouse Manager responsible for leading warehouse operations including receiving, processing, recording, and distributing supplies and materials; supervise staff, coordinate deliveries with field teams, monitor truck schedules, oversee subcontracted trucking services, log daily freight, track tools, maintain safety PPE and MSDS files, and ensure OSHA-compliant practices. Requires experience in HVAC/plumbing materials, tool/asset tracking, and proficient use of MS Office. Willingness to act as substitute truck driver when needed; must maintain accurate delivery documents and facilitate safety and environmental procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of applicable warehouse/inventory experience
- Knowledge of tools and materials used in HVAC and plumbing industry
- Proficiency with tool/asset/consumable tracking software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR review
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
