Job Summary
The Inventory Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of inventory management and warehouse operations, including the management of incoming and outgoing materials and leading the warehouse team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (manufacturing or printing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
