Job Summary
Manage all warehouse operations including personnel, inventory, and loading/unloading of exterior building products. Coordinate shipments to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while working alongside associates on the floor. Approve schedules to minimize overtime, establish bin locations, and oversee daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy. Verify order picking and shipment receipt, and operate a forklift to maintain a clean, orderly facility. Requires forklift certification, box truck driving experience, and the ability to lift materials weighing up to 70 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous material-handling experience
- Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with our customers
- Ability and willingness to lift boxes and specific building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business
- High integrity, high energy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to navigate technology to schedule deliveries and manage inventory
Desired Qualifications
- Prior warehouse management experience (preferred)
- Forklift certification and experience driving a box truck (preferred)
