Job Summary
Commissary Manager role at Summit (Elior North America) in Salt Lake City, UT. You will operate and supervise the commissary management program for the facility per contract specifications and District Manager direction. Key duties include actively supervising the sales process, directing inmate labor where applicable, reporting financial results, maintaining inventory levels, sourcing products and managing product mix to reduce costs, and developing/maintaining relationships with clients, commissary partners, and the Food Service Director to ensure effective communication and operations. The position requires supervisory experience, inventory/financial acumen, and strong communication and customer service skills. Nice-to-haves include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
