Job Summary
Hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Coburg North hub operations, overseeing order fulfillment, stock control, and logistics. Lead a small skilled team, manage daily tasks, ensure 100% DIFOT accuracy, maintain FEFO practices, and uphold safety/OHS standards. Role focuses on team leadership, training and development, coordinating stock transfers and supplier/material orders, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace. Requires familiarity with digital order/dispatch systems, pick-and-pack experience, and strong communication and organizational skills; forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading warehouse or dispatch teams
