Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, order picking, and inventory security. Lead a team to ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory records through cycle counts, and timely order fulfillment. Supervise associates on safety compliance, set performance goals, and conduct training while enforcing operational protocols. Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment with full regulatory compliance. Requires Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of management experience, SAP/WMS proficiency, and ability to work in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in materials planning, inventory control, warehouse management
- Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
- Must have good organizational skills to effectively manage and organize warehouse tasks
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control, with hands-on experience managing shipping, receiving, and stockroom materials
- Proven ability to streamline processes and maintain high inventory accuracy
- Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment
- Skilled in upholding environmental, safety, and quality standards while consistently meeting production goals without compromise
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach and a strong can-do attitude
- High level of knowledge in MS Excel, World, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in SAP and different WMS Software
