Warehouse Manager

Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations at HTI's Country Club Hills location, supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating shipping/receiving, inventory control, and logistics, while ensuring accuracy, productivity, safety, and adherence to company procedures. Drive process improvements, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system tracking, manage staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and customer service. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance (including FHWA where applicable), coordinating equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts), and ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and space utilization.
