Job Summary
Oversee strategic operations across receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution while managing a team of associates, leads, and supervisors. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF policies; conduct internal audits, manage management reviews, and address nonconformities from previous audits. Create and implement processes, train programs, and corrective action plans; coordinate with procurement and production to maximize reliability and minimize costs. Relay quality philosophy and culture to all personnel while resolving customer issues. Maintain active roles on continuous improvement teams and provide coaching to ensure high productivity and technical integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or related management work experience
- At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management
- demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a manager
