Warehouse Manager

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at the Bellevue, WA location, including staffing, scheduling, supervision and development of warehouse staff, inventory management, root-cause analysis of inventory issues, and accountability for warehouse metrics. Collaborate with other departments to provide strong internal/external customer service; set up and maintain a solid warehouse infrastructure through hiring, development, and cross-training; promote OSHA safety compliance and healthy housekeeping practices; work hands-on in the warehouse; mentor staff and assist customers with products and order-writing processes; perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include experience in warehouse operations/management (waterworks/irrigation/pumps/construction a plus), familiarity with FMCSA/DOT vehicle standards, knowledge of order-writing processes, ability to coordinate and lead a team, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong leadership, organization, and adaptability to overtime as needed.
