Job Summary
Manage shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts, materials, and equipment while ensuring accurate SAP reporting and FIFO storage. Lead the warehouse team by coaching assistants, developing standards for stock integrity, and driving process improvements such as Kanban system optimization and 5S compliance. Organize scheduled stock-takes to maintain KPI accuracy below 0.7%, facilitate daily and weekly SIM meetings, and lead audits for warehouse operations. Maintain infrastructure and equipment safety while processing ECOs and managing material returns. Requires 3-5 years of logistics experience, SAP proficiency, and availability for 20% national travel.
Required Qualifications
- Education/diploma in logistics/warehousing
- 3-5 years Experience in a similar job
- Prior leadership experience
- Inventory management and Kanban knowledge
- SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Availability to travel 20% of the time nationally
- Occasional international travel required
