Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate warehouse functions for a Branch Location, ensuring efficient distribution of materials to crews, customer sites, and internal storage. Manage a safe, clean work environment by organizing inventory and tool rooms according to operational best practices. Supervise warehouse staff, coordinate the receipt and safety of incoming goods, and ensure timely order dispatch to appropriate destinations. Collaborate with Branch and Senior Management to assess labor and output needs while analyzing reports and data to drive productivity. Operate or be trained to operate a forklift and drive light commercial vehicles as required. This role supports foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete restoration operations within Groundworks' award-winning organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 Years of warehouse management experience
- Excellent communication skills both written, oral/verbal required
- Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as required
- Ability to navigate comfortably on computers, tablets and computer software
- Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift
- Knowledge of current OSHA
- Forklift Operators license preferred but not required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of structural foundations, waterproofing and products is a plus
