Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch while leading, supervising, and developing team members. Ensure accurate inventory control, maintain high workplace health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across processes. Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, implementing systems and best practices for efficiency. Work closely with the Branch Manager to support daily operations and overall branch success within a growing national business focused on innovation and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of warehouse systems, processes and inventory management
- Strong focus on safety and operational discipline
- Hands-on, reliable and solutions-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in building products, manufacturing, logistics or distribution preferred
