Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control to meet customer demands while minimizing costs. Leads and evaluates Warehouse and Shipping Supervisors, plans receipt/storage/dispatch of finished goods, maintains 99%+ inventory accuracy and 98%+ on-time delivery, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, conducts cycle counts and physical inventories, and collaborates with Finance and HR to address labor needs and process improvements. Proficient with ERP/WMS and inventory software; experience in lean operations and the medical device sector is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of warehouse experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics
- Experience in Medical Device Industry is a plus
