Job Summary
Pre-stage all raw materials prior to production and receive finished goods and WIP from production daily, reconciling received versus scheduled quantities. Manage outbound shipments, vendor deliveries, and inventory rotation while overseeing cycle counts and corrective actions. Supervise warehouse personnel, handle hiring and training, and ensure all food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance protocols are followed. Provide daily week-ahead outlook reporting to staff and management to ensure 100% on-time fulfillment. Requires minimum three years of warehouse experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with food products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in a warehouse and order-picking environment
- Previous supervisory or lead role experience in warehouse environment
- Familiar with handling food products
- ERP system experience
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Stabile prior work history
