Job Summary
Warehouse Manager leads all warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in support of ROMTech’s supply chain. Oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling while maintaining OSHA compliance, validating data integrity across ERP and WMS, and driving continuous improvement. Leads and develops the Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving Supervisors, partners with Supply Chain leadership to define goals, implements procedures and SOPs, ensures accuracy in ERP data, coordinates with 3PLs, conducts root-cause analyses, and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize workflows in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership, data accuracy, ERP/3PL proficiency, and the ability to scale operations to support company growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience
- 5+ years of logistics/operations experience
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Preferred ERP/3PL systems experience (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards, SAP, Epicor, or equivalent)

- Strong leadership and team-development skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

- Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage data accuracy across ERP and WMS systems
- Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
