Warehouse Manager

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory while maintaining accurate stock levels of security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control equipment. Prepare materials for scheduled installation projects, track usage, and reorder supplies as needed. Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure timely material availability, manage tool check-in/check-out records, and assist with shipping, returns, and warranty items. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Load and unload deliveries. This part-time role requires Monday-Friday availability for approximately 15–20 hours per week.
