Warehouse Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Develop, implement, and manage receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes with a focus on FIFO and inventory control. Monitor team adherence to warehouse systems, conduct cycle counts and monthly physical inventories, and reconcile data in Microsoft D365. Uphold safety and quality standards including HACCP, GFSI/FSSC22000, OSHA, and DOT regulations while leading staff training and performance management. Plan departmental budgets, analyze operational reports to improve KPIs, and troubleshoot issues such as shipping errors and inventory discrepancies. Recruit and coach a high-performing workforce to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key operational metrics at our manufacturing facility in Humble, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse management experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Proven success in driving process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and mentor high-performing teams
- Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear strategic direction and execute plans
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory control standards (HACCP, GFSI, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in ERP systems; Microsoft D365 experience preferred
