Warehouse Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Develop, manage receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes with a focus on FIFO and inventory control while monitoring team adherence to warehouse systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical inventories to reconcile data in Microsoft D365, ensuring lot tracking and traceability. Uphold compliance with HACCP, GFSI/FSSC22000, OSHA, and DOT regulations, and lead staff training in Standard Operating Procedures. Plan departmental budgets, align labor scheduling with targets, and analyze operational reports to improve KPIs and service levels. Recruit, coach, and resolve issues ranging from shipping errors to customer concerns within the Humble, TX manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse management experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Proven success in driving process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and mentor high-performing teams
- Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear strategic direction and execute plans
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory control standards (HACCP, GFSI, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in ERP systems; Microsoft D365 experience preferred
