Job Summary
Manage receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes at the Dianne's Fine Desserts facility, focusing on FIFO, inventory control, and lot tracking within Microsoft D365. Lead and train warehouse staff while auditing compliance with safety, HACCP, and regulatory standards. Develop departmental budgets, align labor costs with targets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and KPIs. Recruit, coach, and resolve issues related to shipping errors or inventory discrepancies. Ensure all operations adhere to GFSI/FSSC22000 and DOT regulations while maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse management experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Proven success in driving process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and mentor high-performing teams
- Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear strategic direction and execute plans
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory control standards (HACCP, GFSI, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in ERP systems; Microsoft D365 experience preferred
