Warehouse Manager

Direct warehouse operations by overseeing picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities while managing team workloads and assigning projects. Establish and measure KPIs for all functions, plan facility layouts, and set goals in collaboration with executive leadership. Enforce food safety, employee safety, and quality policies including GMP, HACCP, and lot number controls. Prepare and verify paperwork, conduct employee training, and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy. Prioritize daily tasks based on customer dates, product availability, and resources while maintaining a safe work environment.
