Job Summary
Oversee the night warehouse team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety goals while managing staffing levels and workflow for nightly order selection, truck loading, and delivery preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by ensuring compliance with OSHA and DOT standards, coaching staff, and implementing process improvements. Monitor key performance indicators and partner with day shift leadership to ensure smooth transitions and consistent operational performance. Lead the team from 4pm until complete Monday through Thursday in a full-time, on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Understanding of OSHA and DOT safety requirements
- Flexibility to work overnight hours and additional shifts as needed
