Job Summary
Direct oversight of shipping/receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations while implementing operational policies and procedures. Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment and maintain a safe, clean work environment free of hazards. Manage stock counts and inventory levels, including oversight of the Front Counter for associated sales, inventory, and stock levels. Schedule all incoming and outgoing orders to ensure customer deadlines and satisfaction. Requires 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the industrial/hydraulic hose industry, with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse management role
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing distribution setting
- Experience successfully leading or managing a team
Desired Qualifications

- Intermediate to Advance in MS Office
- a willingness to learn new software programs
