Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement to ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance safety measures, and meet quality standards while driving safe work practices. Manage forklift operations and utilize warehouse management software such as SAP and RFMS for data entry. Requires minimum five years of experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/receiving
- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to support operational needs and have a flexible schedule
- Forklift Certification
- Proven experience in strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in data entry and warehouse management software including but not limited to SAP and RFMS
- Strong safety culture
- Proven experience in driving safe work practices in a warehouse setting
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years in warehouse management preferred
- Forklift Certified Trainer preferred
- Flooring knowledge preferred
- Experience managing multiple warehouses
- Experience in providing safety training
