Job Summary
Oversee daily fulfillment by managing receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure e-commerce orders meet same-day or next-day shipping cutoffs. Optimize workflow through efficient warehouse layouts and strategies like zoning and wave picking to maximize throughput. Expertly utilize and maintain the Warehouse Management System, ERP, and shipping software for real-time inventory accuracy. Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners while implementing cycle counting to achieve 99%+ inventory accuracy. Manage stock rotation for high-value and perishable items, process returns and exchanges, and lead a team of associates through recruitment, training, and performance reviews. Develop flexible staffing plans to handle peak demands and control overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations
- 2+ years in a management role, specifically within an e-commerce, 3PL fulfillment, or high-volume distribution environment
- Fluency in English (our corporate language)
- great communication skills
