Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure materials and equipment are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Coordinate warehouse workflow, schedule activities, and monitor coverage to meet project and departmental needs. Manage inventory levels, control processes, and financial activities including reconciliation and project costing. Ensure vehicles are properly loaded, maintained, and ready for deployment while performing equipment inspections for operational readiness. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards and federal, state, and local regulations. Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and support operational effectiveness through collaboration with purchasing and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating warehouse activities and inventory control
- Familiarity with fleet or equipment management
- Experience using warehouse or inventory management software
- Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Certification for forklift and other material handling equipment operation
