Job Summary
Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehousing operations for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, ensuring compliance with Navy policies and managing logistics and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience managing warehousing operations within the Department of Defense (DoD), preferably with the Department of the Navy
- Demonstrated experience with Navy warehousing systems and their associated logistics and accountability processes.
- Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance metrics to support mission objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate personnel to achieve high levels of productivity and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management policies and methodologies relevant to warehouse operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a federal contracting environment supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) or similar agencies.
- Familiarity with NAVSUP P-529, Warehouse Modernization and Layout Planning Guide, and other Navy warehousing standards.
- Prior experience supporting Physical Inventory Plans / Location Audit Plans (LAP) in a Navy warehouse setting.
- Active forklift/MHE certification.
Additional Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 National Agency Check (NAC) and obtain CAC/base access credentials.
