Job Summary
Oversee receiving, processing, and quality control of incoming stock while managing warehouse staff, loading dock workers, and temporary personnel. Prepare orders for delivery or pickup across various events, handle pre- and post-event setup and breakdown, and perform monthly inventory counts. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensure facility cleanliness, and maintain security of company assets. Requires 2+ years of warehouse lead experience, valid driver's license, and availability for nights and weekends. 80% of duties are boots-on-the-ground in the warehouse, with 20% office work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse lead experience
- Must be available for a variety of shift times (nights and weekends are needed)
- Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to be DOT certified and have the ability/willingness to drive box trucks
- Experience in operating common warehouse machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Must be a team player and possess great communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and following all safety protocols
- Must have a strong work ethic and be highly organized
- Must be proactive and hands-on
- Must have ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
