Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling to ensure accurate tracking, timely production delivery, and full compliance with Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Manage 2-10 direct reports by supervising receiving, shipping, and cycle count programs while resolving inventory discrepancies and monitoring KPIs. Execute continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate physical inventory audits, and conduct interviews for warehouse and receiving associates. Maintain clean, organized work areas and respond to emergency situations while adhering to established logistics procedures and environmental policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) - 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Inventory management, product handling at the warehouse
- Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ERP (IQMS) systems and inventory control
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
- English language proficiency to include verbal and written communication
- Training in APICS CPIM, preferably certified
