Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operation of the 30,000 sq. ft. Louisville warehouse, managing receiving, inspections, inventory organization, and outbound preparation for 5–7 daily delivery routes. Oversee the loading of high-volume kitchen cabinetry and premium furniture, ensuring accurate staging and timely truck departures. Recruit, train, and coach the team while maintaining a clean, organized facility and holding employees accountable to productivity expectations. Identify damaged or incorrect product before it impacts customer projects and coordinate with operations leadership to solve issues quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse leadership experience
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
- High energy with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to lead from the floor and work alongside the team when needed
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to hold people accountable while building a positive team culture
