Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy of work order packages. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations by directing staff on proper procedures, inspecting physical conditions, and supervising forklift use. Collaborate with field personnel to confirm materials meet customer requirements and interface with suppliers and subcontractors. Identify logistics inefficiencies to drive process improvements while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and security standards. Transport items for shipment and ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the distribution process.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 5 years' of experience in the warehouse or construction industry
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervision/management
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 80 pounds safely, following proper lifting techniques
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the warehouse
- Position works both inside and outside during various types of weather
- Excellent communication skills
- General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
- Managerial and supervisory skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree is preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Bilingual is English/Spanish preferred
