Job Summary
Meet and greet contractors and do-it-yourselfers while assisting with material selection, loading, and staging. Direct delivery schedules to ensure correct materials and quantities arrive on time. Maintain warehouse inventory through cycle counts, organization, and strict adherence to safety and operational policies. Manage staff by overseeing hiring, motivation, discipline, and career development while identifying personal growth needs. Complete required training and commit to continued learning on products and procedures. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a warehouse
- Ability to direct and train others effectively as a team member
- Familiarity with building materials
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company
