Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations including pulling orders, staging inventory, loading trucks, and managing post-event returns. Ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and uphold OSHA safety and forklift standards. Supervise and train staff while developing standard operating procedures within Point of Rental systems. Drive box trucks as needed to support route logistics. Requires full-time commitment with non-traditional hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Forklift certification and OSHA training are essential. CLUXE specializes in luxury event rentals, floral arrangements, and custom surfaces across the Carolinas.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations
- Forklift certification, or ability to become certified within 30 days
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, or ability to obtain it within 60 days
- Valid driver's license and confidence operating box trucks
- Ability to regularly lift items weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Full-time with non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Active warehouse environment.
