Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations at two locations (Midland and Odessa): monitor incoming inventory from vendors and outgoing orders to customers, maintain accurate inventory counts, keep warehouse space clean and organized, and supervise daily operations including opening/closing duties, daily reports, and staff scheduling. Lead Warehouse Assistant Managers and Supervisors to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused fulfillment; require 3-5 years of warehouse management experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of warehouse management experience
- Leadership and management ability
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environment
- Comfortable with varying temperatures and conditions
