Warehouse Manager

Lead and support a warehouse team to meet operational and customer demand while training, mentoring, and guiding staff within the designated area of responsibility. Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring correct stock movement recording, supporting management with stock takes, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Prepare operational reports on productivity and attendance, resolve issues within delegated authority, and liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport partners as required. Ensure all staff comply with health, safety, environmental, and security standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and secure working environment. Monitor team performance, communicate targets clearly, and recommend practical solutions for system and operational improvements.
