Job Summary
Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of HVAC parts and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records. Schedule and manage inbound and outbound deliveries, coordinating with procurement, service, and installation teams to meet job needs. Lead and train warehouse staff, including forklift operators, pickers, and packers, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization. Troubleshoot logistical issues, help process warranties, and ensure timely product delivery. Valid driver's license with clean record, ability to pass drug test, and clean background are required. Hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday with pay ranging from $15 to $18.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to drive a truck/van with trailer
- Self-starter
- Good organization
- Great communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug test
