Job Summary
Warehouse Manager overseeing a team of full-time staff in on-site warehouse operations. Responsible for staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination; drive performance and productivity through coaching and consistent feedback; manage operational activities, ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations; oversee scheduling and time-off to minimize disruption; generate and distribute daily operation reports; deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders; maintain facility security and inventory integrity; requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 4 years in high-volume warehouse management; fluent in English and Mandarin; on-site role in Buford, Georgia, USA; salary from $100k per year; visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
