Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
Oversees and optimizes daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; maintains inventory accuracy and conducts annual physical counts; coordinates inbound/outbound shipments; resolves shipping/receiving discrepancies; ensures OSHA/compliance with workplace safety; manages warehouse equipment maintenance and facility security; collaborates with suppliers and internal teams; drives process improvements using ERP/WMS, targeting reduced shrinkage and cost control; provides back-up support to the After Sales Manager; requires strong problem-solving, 10-key proficiency, and ability to lift/move heavy items.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in logistics, management engineering, or mechanical engineering)
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in warehouse management roles, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and warehouse management software
- Excellent knowledge of storage, handling, and safety procedures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency
- Aptitude for continuous improvement and technological innovation
- Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environments with tight deadlines
- Experience using the ERP system related to Warehouse Management and Purchasing modules
- 10-key efficiency
- Physical activity involved, including lifting and moving heavy items.
