Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations by supervising staff, managing shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Operate and troubleshoot warehouse equipment including forklifts, punch presses, and pneumatic tools while ensuring safety gear compliance in a hot or cold environment. Coordinate daily activities for a 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule, applying lean training and process improvement skills to optimize workflows. Requires 5 years of management experience, forklift certification, and proficiency in SAP and spreadsheets. Required Qualifications
- 5 years Management/Supervisory experience in a fast-moving environment
- Inventory management skills
- Computer proficiency: spreadsheets, data entry
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot a broad spectrum of warehouse/manufacturing equipment (punch press, drill press, pneumatic tools, forklift)
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence
- Forklift certification
- Must be able to withstand a hot or cold warehouse environment depending on outside temperatures
- Wear safety gear as required for job tasks
- Previous experience that is necessary background to qualify for this position: Seasoned level of operations experience within the company
- The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- The employee must regularly lift or move over 100lbs
